What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Weekend Supervisor position at Amelia Manor?
Weekend RN Supervisor - 8 hour shifts every other Saturday and Sunday. Duties include supervision of staff and managing schedule for call-ins. Assessment of residents when there is a change in status. Communication with MD as needed. Follow up on incident reports / record of complaints that occur on weekends. Assistance with QAPI projects such as monitoring that COVID screens completed on visitors / staff; that infection control practices such as hand hygiene & PPE use done appropriately and that PEG / oxygen tubing changed / dated. Assisting with treatments as needed.
