We are looking for a Portfolio Analyst (Commercial Lending) to join Amegy’s Commercial Lending team in Houston, TX.

We are looking for a Portfolio Analyst (Commercial Lending) to join Amegy’s Commercial Lending team in Houston, TX.
Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to:
- Utilize a compliance monitoring database to ensure timely receipt of customer's financial reporting requirements.
- Complete accurate and consistent covenant testing in accordance with corporate credit policies and loan agreements, as applicable.
- (May) Request information from customers.
- Make recommendations and identify red-flag concerns to the Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers through written documentation and other forms of communication.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
- Basic knowledge of loan documentation, administration, and policies/procedures.
- Must be familiar with reading, understanding, and analyzing financial statements.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and interpret data.
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in common office software applications.
