What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice RN/LVN On-Call - PRN position at Amedia Hospice?

Our mission is to help patients and their caregivers live each day to the fullest, and we do that by focusing on people first, then developing a plan and process that works best for the family.
Amedia Hospice is seeking dependable, compassionate, experienced hospice RN's or LVN's to help cover our oncall. Oncall rotations are usually Monday-Sunday, but the schedules can be flexible. Must have at least 2 years hospice experience.
Compensation:
Oncall is paid $40 per day for Monday-Thursday, and $50 per day for Friday-Sunday. Monday-Sunday is $310 in total, in addition to PRN visit rates for seeing patients while oncall.

Qualifications:
> 2 years of Hospice experienced is required
> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
> Kinnser experience preferred
> Organizational ability
> Experienced with online documentation
> Proficiency in clinical area with direct bedside patient care
> Ability to manage patient schedule in a timely manner
> Ability to work with and give report to other LVN's, RN's, and MD's
