Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally in person and create a positive first impression
- Provide accurate information about products and services while addressing customer questions or concerns
- Support sales initiatives through outbound follow-ups and relationship-building with customers
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and data entry
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
- Handle a high volume of customer interactions using professional etiquette
- Use Microsoft Office and company systems to document customer activity
Qualifications
- English required; additional languages a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or call center environments is helpful
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail
- Experience with customer engagement is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
