What You'll Do
As a Registered Dental Assistant, you'll play an essential role in delivering outstanding patient care by:
- Assisting the doctor during a wide variety of dental procedures
- Taking high-quality digital radiographs
- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining efficient clinical flow
- Sterilizing instruments and following infection control protocols
- Educating patients on treatment and post-operative care
- Assisting with digital scanning and advanced technology
- Helping create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
Our Practice Features
At AMDG Dental, you'll work with modern technology including:
- CBCT imaging
- Digital intraoral scanner
- In-house 3D printing
- Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF)
- Soft tissue laser
- IV Sedation dentistry
- Implant dentistry

What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
- Holds a current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Takes pride in being organized and detail-oriented
- Is dependable, positive, and eager to learn
- Works well as part of a team
- Wants to build lasting relationships with patients
- Maintains a professional appearance and strong work ethic
Experience with implants, sedation dentistry, and digital dentistry is a plus but not required. We are happy to train the right individual.
