What You’ll Do:
- Get involved early in design to support conceptual ideas and develop understanding of client needs
- Lead technical strategy, detailing, and drawing coordination
- Ensure clarity, legibility, and excellence in graphic communication
- Translate design vision into clear construction documents
- Develop and implement code strategies
- Guide internal team members, elevating drawing standards and managing specifications and documentation quality
- Coordinate with consultant teams
- Participate in construction administration — reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, visiting job sites, and collaborating with contractors

What You Bring:
- Master of Architecture degree
- Architectural license (preferred)
- 7 years of architectural experience with strong technical depth
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and SketchUp; specification preparation – SpecLink (preferred)
- Ability to manage comprehensive construction documents and consultant coordination
- Construction administration experience
- Strong communicator and team player / collaborative attitude
- Ability to work well with clients, consultants, and team members on multiple projects
- Ability to deliver the mission of the firm and a strong desire to learn and grow
