AMDEX is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team supporting a federal client. The services performed under this contract will enable our customer to enhance procurement operations and expand capabilities to support mission needs, with 

• acquisition management support, 
• acquisition planning and strategy support, 
• preparing cost estimates and price analysis, 
• market research and surveys, 
• preparation of technical documentation, and 
• data analytics and reporting.

The Program Manager is responsible for all work provided to the Government under the contract terms and should have experience managing various types of projects for the Federal government. Primary functions include:

• Managing clients:
  1. Building a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives 
  2. Managing day-to-day client interaction 
  3. Setting and managing client expectations
  4. Communicating effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. 
  5. Continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. 
• Achieving operational objectives and contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews 
• Implementing productivity and quality standards 
• Providing technical direction and guidance to staff to ensure contract requirements and expectations are clear, success criteria are defined, progress toward results are monitored, and that all activities are performed in compliance with the terms of the contract 
• Identifying risks and appropriate mitigation strategies 
• Meeting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions 
• Managing a multi-tiered project and/or multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Education, Management Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources Development/ Management, or other related discipline or equivalent experience in a technical or business discipline
• US Citizenship is required

Desired Certifications and Experience:

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• At least fifteen (15) years of relevant experience
• Thorough understanding of Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR)
• Understanding of Data Analytics and Reporting
