We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Senior Vice President, Government Relations The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves providing administrative support to senior leaders, coordinating meetings and events, and handling sensitive information with discretion.

The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Senior Vice President, Government Relations The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves providing administrative support to senior leaders, coordinating meetings and events, and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Government Relations team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government officials, industry associations, and other key partners.
- Monitor and track legislative and regulatory developments relevant to the company's interests.
- Support the preparation of briefing materials, policy papers, and other communication tools.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Progressive years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within government relations or a similar field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience working with government officials and industry associations.
- Experience working on Capitol Hill preferred.
- Familiarity with legislative and regulatory processes.
- Previous experience in a corporate or government relations environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field.

Salary : $75,680 - $113,520
