Responsibilities:
- Learn company culture, products, and operational procedures.
- Help our customers resolve issues and gain their trust
- Play a key role in our team dynamic and culture
- Support customers throughout North America
- Serve as a point of contact for customer and distribution account management.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Experience in dental is preferred but not required.
- At least 1 year of customer care.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a positive team member.
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Punctuality and attendance per requirements.
- Job is in office at location of West Jordan. No health conditions preventing working in the office per required time period.
- Experience with MS Office, CRM, and ecommerce are preferred.
- Dental or medical knowledge is a plus.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm/8:00 am to 4:30 pm/9am to 5:30pm shifts depending on territory coverage in different time zone

- $18 - $23 per hour depending on experience
