- Ensure all custom complaints are investigated and resolved in an accurate and timely manner.
- Work with functional groups to facilitate communication the of complaints and resolution
- Ensure organization is in compliance with the requirements as specified in all regulatory documents as they pertain to the manufacturing of product produced in the facility.
- Conduct all quality training
- Support ISO
- 4 year degree and/or equivalent training and experience
- ISO experience
