Responsibilities for Operations Support Specialist
- Manage document accuracy. requires complex knowledge of customers, carriers, and procedures..
- Provide ongoing training to employees on procedures, protocols, and computer systems.
- Establish and reinforce department regulations, guidelines and timelines.
- Effectively complete operational responsibilities for appropriate individuals / positions.
- Ensure operational support in the areas of service, inventory, and production
- Ensure safety programs and standards are followed..
- The operations support role is to assist and ensure the right processes and practices across the organization.
- Maintain regular communication with leadership in order to report problems and/or safety hazards.
- Ensure training program administered and identify additional training areas for development of staff.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, engineering or computer science engineering, or equivalent experience..
- Is a natural problem solver with time management, training, and critical thinking skills.
