The employee is frequently required to climb or balance and stoop or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting mold process problems
- Set-Up molding machines as scheduled or required by breakdowns
- Ensuring excellent quality product on assigned machines
- Maintaining a safe working environment
- Effective communication of machine, tooling and quality problems
- Developing team environment on shop floor
- Willingness to participate in on-going training programs
- Performing IP and/or MT duties when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Follows applicable Food Safety and cGMP policies
- High School diploma or GED required
- Effective written and oral communication skills necessary
- Basic mechanical skills required
- Valid driver’s license required
