Essential Responsibilities and Duties: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Run all Lining and finishing machines, including the Cells by following all required SOPs, Work Instructions (WI) and Forms.
- Complete all daily paperwork as required per procedures and GMP requirements.
- Perform quality checks to ensure that components meet all specifications
- Ensure all gaylords have the proper labels and inspection forms
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Perform all activities safely and conduct any required safety checks on equipment.
- Promote plant goals such as Safety/Housekeeping, Quality, GMP, ISO and 5S
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud and company provided hearing protection is required on the shop floor at all times.
- Company approved safety glasses are also required on the shop floor at all times.
- Company provided bump cap is required on the shop floor.
- Company approved steel toe/safety shoes are required on the shop floor.
