To learn more about playing for Team Amcor, visit www.amcor.com I LinkedIn I Glassdoor I Facebook I YouTube Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with administrative duties within the Human Resources Department Process employment applications and maintain tracking log; assist in scheduling interviews and pre-employment testing Update Applicant Tracking System with new hires; off-board terminated employees Conduct new hire orientations Maintain weekly manpower schedule; Update Kronos with shift changes (audit records) Assist and motivate with the completion of compliance courses STAR team leader – handles the ordering of prizes and awards Administer HRIS system changes Assist with employee benefit issues Assist on various HR special projects; participate on a team Maintain employee files Assist with walk-in questions Participate in Plant and departmental Quality meetings Serve as backup to HR Generalist and HR Manager Other duties as assigned AUTHORITIES: System Access – WorkDay, S2, Infinium, UKG, myDevelopment Employee files Ordering supplies Completion of forms – Employee Performance Record, Job Offer, PIT Driving Record Form QUALIFICATIONS: Exceptional communication and organization skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience is preferred. Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint required.
