Job Description
The grave shift is Monday-Friday 11PM-7AM.
Purpose
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring the day to day production activities and ensuring that production efficiency goals are being met (EFF & MEFF).
Responsibilities
- Drive safety/food safety and production initiatives
- Address mechanical, operational, and technical downtime issues within the department
- Has oversite for production scheduling to help ensure orders are completed on time
- Maintain and improve production throughout and work with the Production Manager to maintain direct labor costs
- Other duties as assigned
- 4 year degree is preferred or equivalent and applicable work experience
- 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Experience leading a team in a fast paced environment
- Blown film experience is a must
