Job Description
Role Overview: Unpack Your Potential
Start your career with Amcor as a Press Helper, supporting the production of printed packaging materials. This entry-level role focuses on assisting with machine setup, preparing materials, monitoring inks, and keeping production running safely and smoothly. No prior experience needed training provided.
Schedule
Shift: 12-hour, 2-2-3 Straight Nights, 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
Compensation & Benefits: Value, Recognized
Pay: $18.36 /hour $1.50/hour night premium
401(k): Dollar-for-dollar match up to 8%

What You’ll Do:
Assist with basic machine setup and material prep
Stage raw materials and deliver samples for testing
Monitor ink viscosities and perform simple quality checks
Hang and splice rolls of material
Keep work areas clean following 5S standards
Learn key machine skills and support operators
Complete basic paperwork and follow safety guidelines
What We Want From You: Lead the Pack
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Willingness to learn machine processes
Basic reading and communication skills
Manufacturing experience helpful, not required
Ability to identify colors and follow instructions
