Printing Production Associate

Position Overview:

The Printing Production Associate will run the Pad Printing Equipment. Be involved in participating in running production or packaging equipment, cleaning equipment or GMP facilities, materials handling, performing second checks when trained, supporting in-process checks/testing, hand assembly and documenting work. Production/Packaging team members in these positions work in a GMP operations area and comply with all gowning and related requirements. The working hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM M-F and you will be payed $16.00 an hour and bi-weekly.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Operating Various Pad Printing Machines. Occasionally performing a variety of manual production functions within GMP and OSHA regulations.
• Assists in operating a variety of processing/packaging machines. (Automated Box Coding Machine, Blenders, Mixers, Strip packagers, carton erectors, tablet counter, heat shrink machines, cutting machines, and liquid filling machines).
• Supports hand assembly and labeling for packaging.
• Performs GMP activities with attention and integrity: verifying/issuing materials to the production area, completing in-process checks, final accountability checks and packaging checks.
• Monitors in-process quality within his/her assigned job duties and reports deviations and out-of-specification to supervision and quality assurance immediately.
• Complies with all Equipment Policies including cleanliness, operation, and OSHA regulations. Utilizes only equipment within Preventive Maintenance and Calibration intervals.
• Accurately and legibly documents work as it is performed.
• Follows all GMP guidelines such as gowning, hygiene, materials control, labeling and line clearances.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

• High level of attention to detail, being careful about details in the process and thorough in completing work tasks.
• Must be dependable, reliable, responsible with fulfilling obligations.
• Being pleasant and working in cooperation with others on your team.

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 Year of Manufacturing Experience Preferred
• 1 Year of Manual Production Experience Preferred
