Position Overview:
Amcon Laboratories is looking for a Warehouse stocker. The Warehouse Stocker is responsible for the movement of inventory into pickable bins for the warehouse staff. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM. The pay range is between $16.00 plus $1.50 an hour for shift deferential and you will be paid bi-weekly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Stock merchandise from overstock to pickable bins.
- Place product, weighing up to 75 pounds, on shelving at various heights.
- Utilize pallet jack to move inventory.
- Be able to stand, sit, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry at varied times and walk for 8 hours per day.
- Follow written and oral instructions in English to comprehend what items must be stocked.
- Assist with Warehouse Associate responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers quickly and accurately.
- Initiative to take on responsibilities and challenges without a high level of oversight.
- High level of attention to detail, dependability, and initiative.
- Ability to use electronic devices (RF Scanner).
Experience:
- Minimum Required: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum Required: 0 to 1 years of warehouse experience.
