**Qualifications:**
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating drop bury bore machines or similar equipment
- Knowledge of underground utility installation processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good physical condition and stamina to perform labor-intensive duties
**Responsibilities:**
