Job Summary:
AMcomm Incorporated is seeking skilled Directional Drill Operators with experience in underground construction to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating directional drilling equipment to install underground utilities, communicate with crew members, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience operating directional drilling equipment.
- Knowledge of underground utility installation procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to comply with safety regulations and procedures.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities:
- Operate directional drilling equipment to install underground utilities according to project plans.
- Communicate with team members to ensure tasks are completed effectively and timely.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Assist in other construction tasks as needed.
