ABOUT THE POSITION
Schedule: This position is full-time, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5PM, with some Saturdays as needed.
Your Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll dive into customer calls each day, scheduling appointments through our software system and ensuring all questions are answered. Whether it's arranging appointments, handling emails, or coordinating with Technicians and sales staff, your organizational skills will be in full swing. Throughout the day, you'll support our team by handling general office duties like filing, data entry, and maintaining an efficient workspace. At 5 PM, you wrap up, knowing you've made an impact on the team and our customers alike.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 1 years of experience in customer service
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus but not necessary
- Reliable transportation
Preferred:
- Data entry and office experience
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Scheduling experience
