We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team and assist in managing day-to-day office accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP)
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Oversee office equipment maintenance and repairs.
Accounting and Financial Tasks:
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Process invoices, credit memos, vendor RGA's.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts and financial transactions.
Human Resources:
- Track and record employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related data.
Communication:
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and announcements.
Customer and Client Relations:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
