We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team and assist in managing day-to-day office accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP)

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Organize and maintain filing systems.
  • Oversee office equipment maintenance and repairs.

Accounting and Financial Tasks:

  • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
  • Process invoices, credit memos, vendor RGA's.
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts and financial transactions.

Human Resources:

  • Track and record employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related data.

Communication:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and announcements.

Customer and Client Relations:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Additional Information:

  • Fluency in Vietnamese is a benefit

Job Types: Full-time or Part-time Schedule:

  • Part-Time M-F: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (flexible hours available)
  • Full-Time M-F: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
