Overview
We are seeking a few dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team cleaning cabins in the Gatlinburg area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and meet our high standards. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must have your own reliable transportation and a working phone. We are really looking for help on Sundays and occasional Mondays!
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including hot tubs, bathrooms, and common spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitized, including floors, windows, and furniture.
- Handle custodial tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to requests and addressing concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report shortages to management.
- Drive to various locations for cleaning assignments when required.
- Be responsible and reliable for assigned cleanings.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
- Ability to drive safely and responsibly when required for job duties.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
