Responsibilities: Safely operate a paratransit vehicle along assigned routes and within service areas Conduct inspections to ensure the vehicle is safe and clean. Provide excellent customer service with patience, respect, and professionalism Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and DOT regulations Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, managers, and passengers Handle unexpected situations calmly and appropriately Report vehicle issues, passenger incidents, or delays promptly Collaborate with our medical professionals and management to assure top tier patient care Be flexible as emergency services operate on a 24-hour clock - your work shift schedule may vary due to the nature of the business Other tasks as assigned Requirements: Valid Driver's License (for a minimum of 2 years) with an acceptable driving record Valid CPR Card for the Health Care Provider Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull more than 125lbs Successfully complete Physical Aptitude Test Must have a high school diploma or GED minimum EEO/AAP Statement: DocGo is an equal opportunity employer.
