Operations Engineer
We are seeking an Operations Engineer to support operational excellence, process improvement, reliability, and efficiency across a complex industrial operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze operating data and performance trends.
- Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Support process optimization, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Track key performance indicators and operational metrics.
- Support technical projects, equipment improvements, and operational initiatives.
- Promote safe, reliable, and efficient operating practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline preferred.
- Engineering experience in an industrial, manufacturing, energy, or process environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated with an interest in operations, reliability, and continuous improvement.
