Base salary plus a 0-20% bonus and 9/80 schedule, 9% on 6% 401k


Modern petrochemical plant that is expanding and developing alternate feedstocks to reduce their carbon footprint. Great site to work at and a large, stable company.


  • Oversee daily operation of the units
  • Optimize production
  • Work closely with operations personnel – issue daily instructions and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Track yields and production metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Support PSM and EHS
  • Develop improvement projects
  • Drive continuous improvement
