Operations Engineer

Base salary plus a 0-20% bonus and 9/80 schedule, 9% on 6% 401k

- Oversee daily operation of the units
- Optimize production
- Work closely with operations personnel – issue daily instructions and troubleshoot production issues.
- Track yields and production metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Support PSM and EHS
- Develop improvement projects
- Drive continuous improvement
