What you’ll do:
- Lead the transition from reactive to preventive/predictive maintenance
- Develop and improve maintenance programs, procedures, and KPIs
- Drive root cause analysis and long-term reliability improvements
- Oversee spare parts strategy, inventory, and purchasing coordination
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and engineering teams
- Mentor and develop maintenance technicians and supervisors
- Ensure strong safety culture and OSHA compliance
What we’re looking for:
- Engineering or technical background (degree preferred)
- 5 years leading maintenance/reliability teams
- Strong experience with asset reliability, PM optimization, and troubleshooting
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in an industrial environment (including respirator clearance)
Salary : $115,231 - $138,562
