Maintenance Engineer
Pasadena/Deer Park Area
Provide mechanical engineer support to rotating equipment in a chemical plant and serve as the "go-to" rotating equipment problem solver. This is a smaller petrochemical site, so you will have the opportunity to become familiar with the equipment at the site. They are seeking to improve the reliability of their mechanical equipment.
- Monitor rotating equipment reliability and pursue resolutions to the top 10 bad actors
- Optimize Predictive/Preventive maintenance procedures
- Troubleshoot and repair rotating equipment
- Reduce maintenance costs and downtime by proactively monitoring equipment
- Obtain and utilize vibration analysis data
- Implement new maintenance techniques and stay current with useful new technologies
- Support the Maintenance Supervisor
- Manage safety relief inspections
- Support the development of Turnaround plans
BS ME and 5 or more years of experience in a chemical plant or refinery. This role requires good rotating equipment experience.
Salary : $125,000 - $140,000
