Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to clients, including medication administration, monitoring, and documentation.
- Conduct and record vital signs, symptom checks, and wellness rounds throughout the shift.
- Respond promptly and effectively to medical and behavioral emergencies.
- Communicate client concerns, incidents, and updates to the on-call RN and clinical team.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing notes and electronic medical records (Kipu) documentation.
- Collaborate with residential and clinical staff to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and trauma-informed care practices.
- Active LPN license in the State of FL
- Prior experience in mental health, substance use, or residential treatment preferred.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
- Compassionate, calm, and professional approach to patient care.
- Ability to work independently and handle crisis situations confidently.
