We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our overnight team. The ideal candidate has experience working with adolescents in behavioral health or residential settings and is knowledgeable in diabetes management, including blood glucose monitoring and insulin administration support. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the overnight safety and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine rounds and monitor clients’ safety and well-being overnight.
- Assist with vital signs, blood glucose checks, and documentation of health observations.
- Support diabetes care, including monitoring blood sugar levels, dietary compliance, and assisting with insulin administration as directed.
- Respond calmly and appropriately to medical or behavioral emergencies.
- Maintain accurate overnight logs, incident reports, and client documentation.
- Provide compassionate, trauma-informed support to adolescents.
- Collaborate with nursing, clinical, and residential staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Assist with laundry and light housekeeping as needed.
- Active CNA certification in the State of FL
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as CNA
- Prior experience with adolescents in a behavioral health, residential, or hospital setting, preferred.
- Experience managing diabetes care, preferred.
- CPR/BLS certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Strong communication, observation, and de-escalation skills.

- Ability to pass a Level 2 background check.
