We are seeking motivated and results-driven Business Development Associates to join our team. This role will involve identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, fostering relationships with hospitals and community organizations, and supporting the facility's growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, marketing, or business development, combined with a compassionate understanding of the mental health and substance use treatment field.
**Salary commensurate with experience**
**Positions available in Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Orlando, or Naples territories.**
What you will do:
- Research and target potential referral sources, partners, and clients to grow the facility's patient base.
- Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as hospitals, clinics, therapists, and community organizations.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and meetings with potential partners to generate business leads and promote the facility's services.
- Track activity in Salesforce.
- Follow up with leads and prospective clients to ensure satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
- Work closely with leadership and admissions teams to ensure the facility meets the needs of potential patients and partners.

What the ideal candidate has:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar position or similar function
- Demonstrated book of established healthcare business relationships
- Bachelor's degree in public relations or health-related field or equivalent, preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with external clients.
- Knowledge of Joint Commission standards, HIPAA, and applicable regulations
- Ability to pass a level 2 background check
- Knowledge of Drug- Free workplace policies
- Flexibility to attend after hours events
