As a Local Energy Advisor, you’ll represent a trusted, award-winning brand, connect with homeowners face-to-face, and set qualified appointments for our solar consultants. This is not a sales position — your focus is on educating, qualifying, and scheduling.

Compensation

• Base pay
• Uncapped commissions
• Performance bonuses
• Top performers can earn $150,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Knock doors in local neighborhoods (no selling — just setting appointments)
• Educate homeowners on solar and clean energy programs
• Set qualified appointments for energy consultations
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Maintain motivation, resilience, and teamwork daily

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive, coachable, and goal-oriented attitude
• Reliable and professional demeanor
• Ability to arrive daily at the Lincoln office (company transport provided for field work)
