Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide a team handling credit-related activities
- Oversee how credit risks are identified and evaluated
- Maintain and refine broad credit policies and procedures
- Review complex credit requests and make informed decisions
- Monitor overall credit portfolio health and trends
- Ensure compliance with key reporting requirements
- Partner with teams to improve credit-related workflows
- Stay aware of economic factors influencing credit exposure
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 10 years of credit management experience
- 5 years of leadership experience
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $160,000–$185,000

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
