• Filming apartment tours, resident events, team shenanigans, move-ins, giveaways, and behind-the-scenes moments

• Jumping on trends before they’re old news

• Turning everyday property management moments into entertaining content

• Visiting apartment communities to capture content and create engagement

• Helping grow our social media presence and brand awareness

• Bringing fresh ideas that make people say, “Okay, now I need to lease there.”
