Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Social Leasing Specialist (Bilingual) to join our on-site team in San Antonio, TX. This role blends traditional leasing responsibilities with a strong focus on social media engagement, lead conversion, and resident experience.
The Social Leasing Specialist plays a key role in attracting new residents through digital platforms, converting leads into tours and leases, and building long-term relationships that support renewals and resident retention. This position works closely with on-site and corporate teams to ensure a consistent, engaging, and customer-focused leasing experience from first contact through renewal.
Key Responsibilities- Manage leasing activities including lead follow-up, tours, applications, and move-ins
- Actively engage with prospects through social media platforms (Facebook Marketplace, comments, messages, reviews, and inquiries)
- Create and assist with social media content that supports leasing and community engagement
- Maintain accurate leasing activity, prospect communication, and lease documentation
- Support lease renewals and resident retention efforts through proactive communication and relationship-building
- Provide excellent customer service to both prospective and current residents
- Assist with resident events, outreach initiatives, and community engagement efforts
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to improve conversion, retention, and overall resident satisfaction
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
- Experience in leasing, property management, customer service, or sales preferred
- Strong interest or experience in social media, digital communication, and online engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with a diverse resident population
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Experience with lease administration, renewals, or CRM systems is a plus
