💼 What You’ll Do
✅ Oversee daily operations of a multifamily community
📈 Drive occupancy, leasing, and resident retention goals
🤝 Lead, motivate, and support your on-site team
🧰 Coordinate maintenance operations and curb appeal standards
📊 Manage budgets, reporting, and property performance
💬 Deliver exceptional customer service and resident experiences
📋 Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
💪 What You Bring
✨ 2 years of Property Management experience preferred
💬 Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
📊 Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
💻 Experience with Yardi, RealPage, Knock, or similar property management software is a plus
🗣️ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
