Youll serve as a trusted partner to Property Managers, helping them quickly solve issues, prioritize repairs, and maintain the overall integrity of their properties.
What Youll Do
- Visit multifamily properties to identify light construction or urgent maintenance needs.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with Property Managers and on-site teams.
- Provide recommendations that improve property safety, aesthetics, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely scheduling and follow-through.
- Drive new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networkin.g
Who You Are
- A self-starter with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable in a field-based role with daily property visits
- Knowledgeable in light construction, maintenance, or multifamily operations
- Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
