This position blends business development, customer service, and property solutions. Youll visit multifamily properties to identify and assist with urgent maintenance needshelping ensure communities stay safe, functional, and looking their best.
Youll serve as a trusted partner to Property Managers, helping them quickly solve issues, prioritize repairs, and maintain the overall integrity of their properties.
What Youll Do

Visit multifamily properties to identify light construction or urgent maintenance needs.

Build strong, lasting relationships with Property Managers and on-site teams

Provide recommendations that improve property safety, aesthetics, and operational efficiency.
