Group Home Manager Floater
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Group Home Lead Floater. In this role, you will be responsible for providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities and assisting them in learning important life skills.
As a Group Home Lead Floater, you will be a key team player. You will be designed as the “floater” for 4 houses, and will be moving between the 4 houses. Schedules will vary each week, depending on the needs of the 4 houses you are assigned to.
Must Have:
Flexible Schedule
Experience with the IDD population/ in Mental Health
Management Experience
High School Diploma
Valid Driver’s License
Willingness to learn
Strong Work Ethic
