Branch Associate II (CSR)

LOCATION: Bally Branch with floating requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities for the Branch Associate II (CSR) position include providing superior customer service and creating a welcoming environment and impression for the Bank’s customers. The Branch Associate II (CSR) would be responsible for account and service origination and maintenance as well as responding to customer inquiries by telephone and in person. The individual will establish a working knowledge of the Bank’s products and services to provide recommendations to customers or potential customers. The position will require a working knowledge and adherence to all policies and procedures of the Bank as well as applicable regulations and laws. The individual must be available for opening and closing of the branch office. Ambler Savings Bank is a local community bank that gives back to the communities we serve. We also promote from within and train our staff for future promotions.

SKILLS:

Ability to communicate clearly and in a friendly manner; excellent customer service skills; proficient writing and mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy; good computer skills; detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; ability to make decisions and solve problems.

EDUCATION / TRAINING:

High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

One (1) to two (2) years’ experience in the financial industry is preferred; experience as a bank teller and bank customer service representative is encouraged.
