Description:
The Program Manager is an Instruction and Support management position whose primary job function is to provide assistance and supervision to employees and participants in our supported living program. Some responsibilities include: writing IISP, PBSP, IFP for clients, coordinating client services, staff training and scheduling, maintaining client and employee records, and providing onsite supervision of client support services and all personnel.
This position will require occasional response to emergency and other care needs on a day to day and on-call basis.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services related field or non-Human Services field AND 4 years of social service experience
- Command of the English language with the ability to review and edit professional reports and analyze data
- Must possess computer skills that include word processing, spreadsheets, and database experience
- Current Universal Precautions Training and First Aid/CPR Certification (or receive training within 90 days of employment)
- Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) or higher as needed
- Cleared DDA required BCCU Criminal Background Check
- Must possess valid state driver's license, auto and auto liability insurance and be willing to transport clients
- Clean Driving Record. No more than 3 minor citations (speed/seatbelt/faulty equipment/etc.) or 1 at fault and 1 minor citation in the last 3 years
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unaided. Including but not limited to: lifting, transferring, repositioning or movement of clients
- May be required to travel for business related activities or training. This may include overnight stays
- Be at least 21 years or older at time of employment
