Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our McKinney, TX team.
As a BCaBA, you will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized ABA programs, oversee behavior technicians, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, care in our center in McKinney, TX.
Responsibilities
- Conduct skill and behavior assessments under BCBA supervision.
- Assist in developing and monitoring individualized BIPs.
- Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and BTs.
- Review and analyze session data to track progress and make program adjustments.
- Provide caregiver training to promote generalization of skills across environments.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to BACB and Ambitions standards.
- Participate in team meetings, staff development, and supervision sessions.
- Ensure all clinical services meet ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and State Licensure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
- A minimum of 1-2 year of ABA experience.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, data collection, and treatment implementation.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinicians, staff, and families.
- Must be able to work on-site in McKinney, TX Monday–Friday.
