At Ambitions ABA Colorado we provide in-home ABA therapy for children who need it and support for their families. We are looking for a RBT Registered Behavior Technician to join our amazing team. We have a great team that provides support on all aspects, from clinical to operations that will allow you stay focused specifically on the clinical operation. RBT Registered Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule:

• Salary: $20 - $25 per hour
• Part Time

RBT Registered Behavior Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow through with all guidance from the BCBA related to each client's treatment plan.
• Prepare for each session by having a clear understanding of session structure and gathering all necessary materials.
• Implement intervention procedures as per treatment plan and BCBA's guidance and communicate any questions, concerns and any feedback to BCBA in a timely manner.
• Interact with parents and other caregivers in a professional manner, in accordance with BACB ethical codes.
• Collect data on client's progress throughout each session, as directed by BCBA.
• Adhere to all HIPPA requirements related to client confidentiality.
