What You Will Do
- Inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC equipment (3 to 25 tons)
- Service package rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, chillers, and exhaust fans
- Troubleshoot advanced electrical systems, 3-phase power, and commercial controls/EMS
- Coordinate with property managers and facilities directors to provide clear updates
- Maintain organized digital service tickets and a clean, safe company vehicle
What We Need From You
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of dedicated commercial HVAC service experience
- Credentials: EPA Universal Certification required. OSHA 10 is a strong plus
- Skills: Expert reading of schematics and troubleshooting 3-phase electrical systems
- Drive: Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
- Mindset: Passion for the job, reliable, professional presentation, and ability to pass a background check/drug screen
