GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate: $53.40 - $62.30 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
- Previous Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, or leadership experience preferred
- Current BLS certification preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience coordinating patient care and managing nursing staff
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and nursing standards
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units
- Coordinate and oversee daily resident care operations
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
- Monitor resident outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and personnel management
- Conduct clinical assessments and participate in care planning
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
- Promote resident safety, satisfaction, and quality care outcomes
