We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract. This overnight role involves providing direct patient care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment, ensuring safety, comfort, and high-quality clinical support throughout the night shift. This is a Local Contract.
The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and coordinating care in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents during overnight shifts
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes
Respond to patient needs and emergencies as required
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Support patient safety, comfort, and continuity of care
Collaborate with nursing and facility staff to ensure quality outcomes
Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Requirements

Active LPN (state dependent on facility requirements)
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or required
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
