Job OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for an Acute Care assignment in Leominster, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting the nursing team in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
- Record vital signs and maintain accurate patient documentation.
- Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment.
- Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Active CNA certification.
- Current BLS certification (if required by the facility).
- Previous Acute Care or hospital experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
