Seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract opportunity in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. SHIFT DETAILS
- Shift Time: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Meal Break: 30 Minutes

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
- Guaranteed Hours: 38 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) License in good standing
- Current BLS certification preferred
- Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or related healthcare experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team
- Perform resident assessments and document findings appropriately
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, therapists, and support staff
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with infection-control procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Promote resident comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Guaranteed 38 hours per week
- Competitive pay rate of $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
- Day-shift assignment
- 10-week contract opportunity
- Schedule will be determined based on facility needs
- Must be available to work every other weekend
