Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations
• Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Manage profit and loss figures
• Maintaining Operational Site Efficiency
• Daily Reports to Leadership Team
• Production Scheduling and on time deliveries

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
• Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
• Previous Experience as Plant Manager at a Chemical Plant Facility
• BA or BS preferably in Chemical Engineering. Master's a large plus
• Must be able to be Local and On-Call as needed
• Proven Track Record of success in the Chemical Industry
