What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Manager - Ambiente Gourmet (New Store Opening) position at AMBIENTE HOME LLC?
Ambiente Gourmet, the U.S. retail brand of Grupo Ambiente - a Latin American home and lifestyle company with more than 20 years of history and 100 retail locations - is opening its first U.S. store at Town Center at Boca Raton in September 2026. We are hiring a Store Manager to lead the store from its opening.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations: staff scheduling, merchandising, and customer service supervision
- Ensure inventory accuracy: coordinate deliveries, conduct stock checks, maintain product displays
- Train, direct, and evaluate Sales Associates to consistent service and sales standards
- Implement in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and sales strategies
- Monitor store financial performance, prepare daily reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and mall requirements
Requirements:
- 3 years of retail management experience (home goods, kitchenware, or lifestyle retail preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Availability from August 2026 for pre-opening training and store setup
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
