About the role: We are seeking a motivated Estimator to join our team. This position focuses on reviewing commercial HVAC plans and specifications and developing accurate pricing for hydronic equipment across a wide range of manufacturers.

Job Description
About the role: We are seeking a motivated Estimator to join our team. This position focuses on reviewing commercial HVAC plans and specifications and developing accurate pricing for hydronic equipment across a wide range of manufacturers.
What You’ll Do
- Review commercial HVAC drawings and project specifications
- Prepare detailed and accurate equipment quotes
- Manage multiple projects at once while meeting firm bid deadlines
- Communicate with internal team members, manufacturers, and customers
- Coordinate pricing and selections across multiple manufacturers
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- 1-3 years of industry experience relevant to the role
- Highly proficient in Excel and Adobe
- Previous estimating or HVAC industry experience is preferred, but not required
